I just noticed that this was posted in the "Internet" section so if the issue happens to be that you switched your SIM to a different phone but mobile data isn't working then the solution is almost certainly that you need to configure your APN settings.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:
If that's not the issue then you'll need to explain what it actually is.
