You mean it was working OK before this?
Did anything change - e.g. new phone, software update, settings changes, factory reset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Do you mean that you have no signal at all - i.e. no signal bars - and nothing is working - calls/texts/mobile data?
If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Any error messages on the phone or your My48 account?
Does it make any difference if you reseat the SIM in the phone?
