My 48 SIM can register on Swedish networks and voice roaming works, but mobile data does not. I have tested the SIM in two different phones, while another operator's SIM works in the same phones. The APN is 48months.liffeytelecom.com, the International Roaming Profile is selected, roaming is enabled, and the phone registers on Telia. Please check the roaming data provisioning on my SIM/account.

Are calls and texts working ok?

As ever, the usual general advice applies in relation to 48 roaming...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

If mobile data doesn't work while roaming abroad in countries where it's supported then check that your APN settings are configured correctly:

In some countries an active membership plan and cash credit to pay for mobile data usage are required.
