I have been unable to use roaming while abroad. I’ve had technicians looking at my phone and they can’t work it out why and don’t know where the problem is. I have been unable to roam in NI , Scotland , Spain amongst other places. Can someone check into please?. I have an IPhone 13.

What exactly was/wasn't working?

Connection to a local network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/texts? 

Mobile data?

On the general issue of roaming, the usual generic advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:
