I'm unable to connect to a roaming network in Belgium. When I select "Automatic" under "When abroad" the phone connects to a network, even received a roaming message (No internet though) But when I switch to "International Roaming Profile", phone loses network connectivity altogether. What could be the issue?

Check out these threads:
If they don't help then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

If your SIM predates January 2023 then you might want to get a replacement in case that helps:

Hi, I am just back from Belgium and data does not work there at all. Had calls and text, thats it. Like the other poster, when i followed all the step nothing worked. I even got new APN before i went and it was useless. My family has 3 phones with 48 sims and none of them could get data. 48 needs to do something about this.

Hi. We travelled across Europe by car this summer. Three of us on 48mobile. We visited 9 countries and we had problem nowhere else but Belgium. I have to say must be the only country in EU where 48 roaming fails. Glad I`m not a MP in the EU,😀 otherwise I would be in trouble. Ok joking aside few years ago fought myself through on switching to International Roaming profile, that worked until now, but in Belgium nothing I tried like messing with APNs worked.

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.
As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...
If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe get a replacement in case it helps with roaming issues:
It may be worthwhile reviewing these two threads in case any of the suggestions help to avoid roaming problems:
If you still have problems then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
