Trying to use 5GB Flexi Data Carryover but says it's used up

Hi
I keep trying to carry over 5gb each month and it's says it was used already. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Why are you bothering? 

The €12.99 plan has unlimited data with no fair usage policy cap for plans bought (or activated?) since 20th August 2024.

If you're on a different plan and don't want to upgrade then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance.
