dont think it is to do with the sim,my partners sim is new and mine is about a year old. Lucky he hada dual sim phone with a german sim so we could get online but this needs to be sorted by 48 technical dept.

mine works perfectly in london. Did you follow the instructions that you received in the roaming text message.? Go to sim tool kit, select when abroad,international roaming profile.
just back from europe and Belgium is a complete blackspot for 48!!! I tried everything listed and nothing works. Its a total pain as im off the belgium in 2 weeks for a long weekend, any suggestions???
