Roaming issues in France

Hi, so this is the first time that 48’s not worked for me abroad. I’ve changed my APN settings, I’ve scoured the roaming page and tried every possible fix but I still have no service - once, it showed up like I was getting service but it wasn’t connecting. Anyone know how to fix this so I can connect?

Unfortunately many people have been having problems with roaming lately and there are many recent threads about such issues.

In some cases some people never got it working at all. Or sometimes just calls/texts but not data.

In other cases some people found ways to get it working.

But there doesn't seem to be any guaranteed fix to get it working in all cases.

All I can suggest is that you check out some of those recent threads and/or contact 48 support (although many people also reported that they weren't able to offer much useful help).

It's bizarre and frustrating that the issue(s?) can't be properly explained and, ideally, fixed.
