I am roaming in France and when I try to use my phone it says I am out of minutes and data. I just set up my account yesterday and have not used any. Anyone can help

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?
Were all services working ok before you left Ireland? Calls, texts, mobile data?
Where exactly is it saying that you're out of minutes and data?
Do you have a network connection to a local network? I.e. signal bars?
Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.
As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...
