If you are looking for a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support and ask them about it.
48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

Why €7?
If you bought a membership plan and it was active then I doubt that 48 will issue a refund.
If there's €7 unused cash credit on the account then they might refund it.
