Refund of payment made after leaving 48?

I have paid out for one month for my daughter’s sim but we are not with 48 any more ,I would like to get refund please

You/she will have to contact 48 support about this.

If it hasn't already been done then membership plan auto-renewal should be switched off on her account to avoid the possibility of further charges.
