I buy unlimited 12.99 plan but I can’t see the internet is working. It’s been 5 mins I purchased and the amount is also debited but the plan is not working?

Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working ok?

When was mobile data working ok for you last? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?
