I want to change my plan back to the lower plan

What exactly do you mean by "the lower plan"?

Do you mean that you want to switch to one of the legacy plans that costs less than €12.99?

What plan are you on and what plan are you looking to switch to?

If you're on the €12.99 plan then you can't switch back to any cheaper legacy plan.

Whatever plans are listed on the Buy Plan page are those that you are entitled to buy.

I was originally on the 7.99 plan and would like to change bank to that please. The 5G is very poor

Unfortunately you can't revert to the €7.99 plan once you have switched to the €12.99 plan.

It's stated somewhere in the terms and conditions but I can't find it at the moment.

Ah, found it...

However, if you switch to another 48 plan (except for the 100GB €10.99) you will not be permitted to switch back to the 100GB €7.99 plan.
