Payment of the tariff

Hello, I topped up my account with 10€, but there were 5€ on my account. I paid for the tariff, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Your post is not really that clear.

What exactly do you mean by "top-up" here? 

Cash credit or membership plan or add-on?

What do you mean by "I paid for the tariff"?

What exactly did you try to buy?

What did you not receive? 

Cash credit top-up of €10?

Something else? 

What does your Transactions page say about the recent payments/purchases?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans? 

Have you been able to successfully buy membership plans, cash credit, top-ups up to now?
