I paid for 12.99 plan today and it hasn’t shown up at all it say I have no data or calls left

Can you receive calls and send/receive texts?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your payment? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
