Mobile data not working

For the 3st time internet doesn't work!!!seems all good but tonight I can not wrote in WhatsApp to my boyfriend that I come Hobe because I don't have internet!! It's 2 **bleep**ing hours!!! Is not the first time... Yes is the cheaper internet, but if is not working cud be the fast one is the same!!!! Don't take 48, there gonna be other much better!!

Your post is a bit garbled so difficult to understand in places.

You'll need to provide a bit more information if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was everything working ok before? 

Did anything change since then? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network i.e. signal bars?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you have a network connection then what works/doesn't work? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that they are. 

Bear in mind that we had a hurricane strength storm a few days ago which caused significant infrastructural damage and many services such as power and telecoms are still out in some areas.
