Not getting international messages

Hi,

I am facing an issue with receiving international banking OTP SMS messages on my number.

My number: +353 89 413 6169

For the past 10 days, I have stopped receiving OTPs from ICICI Bank India. The bank has confirmed that their SMS system shows the messages as successfully delivered to my mobile network, but I am not receiving them on my handset.

This issue is affecting my access to essential banking services.

Could you please urgently check the following for my number:

* Whether international Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messages are being blocked or filtered
* Whether any spam or fraud filtering has recently been enabled on my account or network level
* Whether SMS routing for international banking messages is functioning correctly
* If there have been any recent changes in SMS delivery handling in the last 2 weeks

I have already tried standard troubleshooting steps including restarting the device, checking blocked contacts, and testing SMS settings, but the issue still persists.

As this is affecting critical financial access, I would appreciate if this could be escalated to your technical or network team for further investigation.

International SMS messages should be like any other messages as far as the 48 network is concerned. 

Are you receiving other messages? 

Were you receiving the relevant OTP messages previously? 

Did anything change in the meantime? 

You may need to contact 48 support for further assistance with this issue.
