International SMS messages should be like any other messages as far as the 48 network is concerned.
Are you receiving other messages?
Were you receiving the relevant OTP messages previously?
Did anything change in the meantime?
You may need to contact 48 support for further assistance with this issue.

By the way, it's not really a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.
