Not getting 5g on my pixel 9 pro, talked to google customer care,they mentioned its issue with carrier service , unable to get this resolved , waste of money and time ,

time to switch network to sky ,

Google are wrong.

The problem is that they don't whitelist 48/Liffey Telecom for 5G access from Pixel phones. 

This has been discussed in several different threads:

Until they do this, presumably with a software update, you won't get 5G mobile data on 48 with your Pixel phone.
