No sim error

My iPhone 17 Pro is showing a 'No SIM' error after I set up my new Apple Watch. The watch appears to be using the cellular connection, as I can send WhatsApp messages without Wi-Fi. How can I retrieve my eSIM and transfer it back to my iPhone?

This sounds more like an Apple/iPhone/Watch issue than a 48 issue to be honest.

You might get better help with it on the Apple/iPhone/Watch support forums.

I'm not sure what eSIM you're referring to but 48 don't do eSIMs, only physical SIMs.

Why can't you just move the 48 SIM from the watch back to your phone?

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat or email ([email protected]).
