Hello,
I am getting in contact as my mobile plan has not been working for the last three days. I constantly says I have no service and is unable to work the mobile data. This is not to do with my data allowance as I have not used it up for this month.
Just wondering if you’d be able to help me with this problem.

When was it working ok last?
Did anything change in the meantime?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If you get a connection to the 48 network then what works?
Calls, texts, mobile data?
For mobile data to work you need to configure your APN settings.
Did you do this?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
