Your post is a little unclear.
You say "no mobile coverage" but then say "internet down".
Do you still have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not what happens? Any error messages?
If you do have a network connection then are calls and texts working?
If not what happens when you try to use them? Any error messages?
Are your APN settings still correct?
Do you know anyone else in the vicinity also on 48?
Are they having the same problems?
