Mobile data does not work have tried everything I know anyone any solution?

Did mobile data ever work for you?

Did you configure your APN settings correctly? 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to ensure that they are: 

Do you have an active membership plan and a non-zero data balance?

Do calls and texts work?
