Hi im just after buying another all data membership because my data has run out, the 12.99 has come out of my bank account but it hasnt giving me any data??

If you have used up the data allowance on a plan that hasn't yet expired then you need to buy a data add-on to continue using data for the remainder of the plan period.

 

 

Buying a new plan in that case will not help as it will just stack to kick in when the current plan has run its full 4 week course and expires.

Buying a new plan doesn't terminate the current plan prematurely so that it can start immediately.
