You might want to contact 48 support to see if they are aware of any local issues/outage?
By "no coverage" do you mean no connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars?
If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens?
Any error messages?
