If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue or question clearly.
What do you mean by "no connection"?
No connection to the 48 network at all?
If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If necessary also try rebooting the phone or enabling and disabling airplane mode first.
If you do have a connection to the 48 network then what works/doesn't work?
Incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?
When was everything last working ok for you?
What changed in the meantime?
Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
