I am writing to report an issue with my mobile service. As of today, I do not have access to mobile internet and I am unable to send messages or make phone calls.

Could you please assist me in resolving this problem as soon as possible?

Several people seem to be reporting issues with auto-renewal today so there may be some general issue with it. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to ask them what's going on and to fix the issue with your account.

Nobody here on the Community Forum will have any visibility into your account to know for sure what's happening here.
