Your post isn't exactly clear.
Did you activate your SIM successfully?
Did you port your number over successfully?
Is the correct number listed on your My48 account?
What exactly do you mean by "network issue/no network" and "The call and activated but there is no network till now"?
Do you mean no connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars?
If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens? Any error messages?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
If you do have a connection to the 48 network/signal bars then what exactly is/isn't working?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
For outgoing calls and texts to work you'll need to buy a membership plan.
For mobile data to work your APN settings need to be configured correctly.
If none of the above helps then you'll need to explain your issue more clearly and in more detail.
