What exactly do you mean by "not getting the service"?
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If that's not working then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens? Any error messages?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Are incoming/outgoing calls working?
Are incoming/outgoing texts working?
Is mobile data working?
If not then are your APN settings configured correctly?
