Does that mean that the issue has been resolved already?

If not then ...

When was the SIM originally activated?

What exactly do you mean by "top up"?

Do you actually mean that you're trying to buy a membership plan?

When did you last successfully buy a membership plan?

What is the exact error message that you're getting? 

What exactly is/isn't working when the SIM is installed in your phone? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data?

Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Inactive
SIM. This is the message that shows me when I try to buy internet, and I already activated my sim

You didn't answer all of the questions that I asked in an attempt to clarify your issue. 

If you're not willing to do that then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

If it's telling you that your SIM is not activated then something must have gone wrong when you went through the SIM activation process.

Hi! My sim was activated on Monday 29th June, then when I try to buy a plan I can’t because it said is not activated.

There's no need to create multiple threads about the same issue. 

I already replied to your original post but you didn't respond to this. 

If you're not willing to address the questions that I asked in an attempt to clarify the exact nature of your issue then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance as I already suggested.

I activated my sim on Monday 29th June and it is not working could you check it in your system please?

There's no need to create multiple threads about the same issue. 

Especially when you've already received feedback to previous posts.

48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

If you want to ask them about your issue then you'll need to initiate contact with them yourself.
