Hotspot not working on my iPhone

Hi I changed to 48 network last week and now hotspot is not working on my iPhone ?
Can you please advise me on what to do

First make sure that your mobile data is working ok.

To ensure that your APN settings are configured correctly text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:

Then check that you can use mobile data to browse or use connected apps.
