What do you mean by "free subscription"?
Do you mean the second month's membership plan following the first month's plan after joining 48 as a new user?
What does your My48 account page say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and cash credit balance?
Does your Buy Plan list any "upcoming" plan(s)?
If you were due a second month's plan for free and didn't get it or cash credit to buy it yourself then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
