My 3G internet won't work on my phone

My internet doesn't work in the Newbridge area where I work. The 3G symbol is there on my phone, my mobile date and data roaming are on. I have an iPhone 5C. Please help !!

Does it work elsewhere?

Are your internet/APN settings definitely correct?

Do you know of any other 48 (or maybe Three, Tesco, Lycamobile etc.) users who are having similar problems with data in that area?

You might need to contact 48 support as others have been reporting problems with data access in certain areas (mainly south/west as far as I can tell).
