What exactly do you mean by "updated my phone"?
Do you mean that you changed to a new handset or you updated the software on your existing phone?
Are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?
Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working ok?
If it's a new phone handset then are you sure that the mobile data feature is working ok?
Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see what happens there?
