Data ran out 2days ago. Paid €3 for another 1G. Was working last night then stopped. In my information says I've no data??? And can't use my 3G

You mean in your account online or via the app says that you have no data?

Dial *100*8# - does that say the same thing?

What does your My History page say about recent purchases?
