Mobile data slow or not working

Good morning,
I recently activate my €12.99 plan and it is not working as expected. The data runs really slowly or it don't t even run. I would like to find a solution.

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
