Mobile data "disconnected" while in EU

I purchased Guido membership and can send calls and texts but mobile data doesn't work. Do I have to change some settings?

No. If I data was working at home in Ireland then it should work abroad.
Was it?

Were 48 support able to advise/help?
A few others are reporting similar problems with EU data roaming so clarification here night also help them.
