Hi ,why am I not receiving Mobile data when im outside mt house even when its switched on please

Hi 48 started using my data from new membership on the 11th when my membership should have started on the 12th and I had data more than 5gb left, why do you think you can get away with this?
Surely a new member ship shouldn't kick in on till the date specified
