Mobile data not working & network showing as Tesco not 48

I have no Internet, checked settings and it says it is connected to Tesco mobile, why is this?

If it's Android, Text “APN” to 50048 and follow the below instructions -

Some phones misidentify virtual networks - e.g. showing Tesco when you're on 48.

This is not a problem otherwise. 

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly as @AaronS6679 suggested.
