Did you activate the SIM successfully?
Any error message displayed on the phone?
You seem to be using an iPhone?

You need to clarify exactly what you're trying to do.
You can swap call minutes for data if that's what you actually mean?

If it's locked such that you need the PUK to unlock it then see here:

If you don't need SIM PIN locking then you can disable it - e.g.

If SIM PIN locking is not the problem and you need to contact 48 support then see the link in my signature below.
