Internet speeds lagging at night in Wexford

In Enniscorthy ,Co wexford.The Internet was Ok in the day time.but when in the night time(8:30pm~11:30pm),it was so lugging everday. Can you tell me how to solve it? I'm considering change to Vodafone.
