Might be worth contacting 48 support to ask them if they're aware of any issues in the area.
Do you still have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens? Any error messages?
If you do have a connection to the network then are calls and texts working?
If not then what happens when you try to use them? Any error messages?
Are your APN settings still configured correctly?
If you're on Android you can text "APN" to 50048 to configure them.
