Internet during phonecalls not working

Since switching to the new sim card, my internet will either immediately drop to 3g and buffer or say ‘not available during phonecall’ when i am on the phone. The second the call is ended internet is working perfectly. I use an iphone. Can anyone help with this?

Isn't it standard for the carrier data connection to fall back from 4G or 3G to something slower while on a call?

If you Google about it it seems a common thing worldwide.
