Hi my internet has not been working for over a week now can you please tell me what is going on

Are your internet/APN settings correct?

Are you sure that you haven't used up your data allowance?

Dial *100*8# and hit call to get your balance.

 

Did anything change on your phone recently - eg software update, restore from backup etc.?

Same problem here, been stuck on E for nearly a week,can't load anything. You guys seriously need to sort it out.

Thanks guys for your help but I've tried everything and haven't changed anything on my phone and I have loads of data on my account,it's just happening at my location 3km up the road it's perfect
