When was it working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

By "no coverage" do you mean no connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars? 

If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? 

Any error messages? 

Or do you mean that something else isn't working as expected? 

If so then what?
