I can't make calls to US in the USA ? HELP!

Montana, USA ' can't make calls - really desperate here!!

Do you have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for international calls to the USA?

You need both to be able to make such calls.

If you have both an active membership plan and cash credit then what happens when you try to make such a call? 

Any error messages?

If you mean that you are currently roaming in the USA and trying to make calls there then that's not possible unfortunately.

I'm in the US for 5 weeks. I can't MAKE calls - need taxis/ ubers/ etc THIS IS URGENT! PLEASE HELP!

48 roaming doesn't support making/receiving calls while in the USA.
