Hot Spotting

Hi I've recently joined 48.  My iPad and laptop etc were able to hot spot from my iPhone, since moving they don't pick up the 48 network.  I haven't changed phone or laptop just network.  Does anyone know why?

Are your internet/APN and hotspot settings configured correctly?
