Yes, they're seem to be general issues with membership plan purchase/auto-renewal and maybe also with mobile data this morning judging by the many posts here just now.
You'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to look into your issue as nobody here on the Community Forum will have visibility into your account to know for sure what the problem or solution is.
