Faulty Mast

Hello, I reported this issue on the 5th of December and didnt recieve a reply.

 

Case Ref No INC0628139, Mast Ref MY0063. Service at this location is intermittent on all bands.

Cell is shrinking and was completely out for 3 hours today. 

 

Its not acceptable to not reply to a technical fault.
