Didn't receive second month's free membership plan

Paid 26 euro last month, said 2nd month is free.
But now it is not working ???

What exactly isn't working? 

No connection to the 48 network at all? 

If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks? Can you see and connect to 48?

Are some or all of cals, texts, mobile data not working? 

When were things working ok last?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances, cash credit balance and plan expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

What does your Transactions page say about last month's payments? 

If you're not getting your second month's free membership plan then you may need to contact 48 support for assistance.
