Data roaming

I have used my 10gb data roaming and bought a new membership but I am not able to get my new 10gb allowance as it is cued to activate on the 15th of January

That's how membership works.

It runs for a month and you can't start a new one early before the current one has expired.

 

If you've used up your roaming data allowance then, as far as I know, you need to buy a data add-on in order to continue using data.

@dalyer but there is no option to buy more data specially for roaming?? I really need to get some at the moment. Ridiculous.

You just buy a regular data add-on.
